LATISSE® is the only FDA-approved product to treat inadequate eyelashes (hypotrichosis), making eyelashes darker, longer and thicker. LATISSE® is applied once nightly before bed, and helps your lashes grow gradually over time. Some patients begin to see longer lashes as early as four weeks, with full growth usually by 16 weeks.

LATISSE® works as an eyelash grower from the inside out. As the treatment progresses, you’ll begin to see changes in length, thickness and darkness of your lashes. Growth is possible due to the active ingredient bimatoprost. Research indicates that bimatoprost increases the percent of hairs in, and the duration of, the anagen (growth) phase. Lashes can grow longer, thicker and darker because bimatoprost can also prolong the growth phase.
